Brazilian Pesticide Regulations (2005) is a compilation of rules for pesticides testing and registration at Agencies at Federal level:
- Presidential Laws & Decrees;
- Inter-ministerial Laws & Ordinances; and
- Laws, Resolutions, Ordinances, Normative Ordinances from Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Farm and Supply (MAPA), Ministry of Health (ANVISA) and Ministry of Environment (IBAMA).
It is not included regulations regarding semio-chemicals products (baits, pheromones, etc.).
States legislations can be more restrictive than Federal regulations.
